We exist to be a catalyst for a sweeping move of the spirit of God that ignites revival in the church and awakening among those who do not know Jesus through prayer, fasting, intercession, and contending.

Catalyst Gathering is a powerful and fruitful rallying point for prayer FOR the Buddhist World FROM the Buddhist World.
Join us in beautiful Chiang Mai, the largest city in Northern Thailand, for 3 days of prayer and worship.
Coming together in a country whose population is 93% Buddhist, we are excited to link arms with our fellow laborers to intercede for a people group that desperately needs Jesus.

Turning the Tide of the Buddhist World Through Prayer and Fasting
Prayer is the most powerful tool we have as workers in the field; it is our only way to get the spiritual breakthrough we desire in the Buddhist World. Catalyst began as a vision to raise up prayer for the Buddhist World from within the Buddhist World.
We welcome any laborer to join with us to contend in prayer on behalf of the nations of Southeast Asia in order to see God’s Kingdom manifest in our time in our cities.

Whether you are a laborer or just have a heart for the Buddhist world, ALL are welcome.
From workers to both Buddhist and non-Buddhist nations to local Christians who simply want to be a part of the turning of tides in the Buddhist world, Catalyst Gather is a diverse event and anyone is welcome to join regardless of their age, denomination, or vocation!

Why We Pray
It Changes Hearts
One of the oldest religions in the world, Buddhism deeply influences culture and personal identity. No strategy, testimony, or funding can draw these nations to their King. Not on its own. Only by the power of the Spirit will the Buddhist World see Jesus for who He is and what He’s promised for those who believe.
It Changes Atmospheres
The simple law of faith: the Father works His will through the prayers of His people.
Although we spread the Kingdom through our words and actions, strategies and sermons, the Spirit in us and going before us does the real work.
It Changes US
Prayer changes the pray-er. We may not know or understand why God waits to fulfill His promises, but we do know we need to be ready when He does.
Prayer transforms us into the people He needs on the ground. Fully here, fully present, and fully paying attention.

Frequently Asked Questions
The cost to attend Catalyst is $110 per adult (age 12+) and $90 per child (age 3-11).
Room and board are included in the cost of registration. We will be together at a hotel, using the conference room for a prayer space.
We will have a children’s track for kids ages 7 to 12 to learn about prayer and engage in prayer for the Buddhist world too. We also will have childcare available for potty trained kids up to age 6.
Registration is required ahead of time in order to attend Catalyst.
Registration opens at 3:00pm on Friday, May 10.
The closing celebration concludes at 11:30am on Sunday, May 12.

YES! The more the merrier. Please bring anyone who want to join in prayer for the Buddhist world.
Expect individual, small group, and corporate times of prayer and worship. Someone will be guiding us through times of intercession corporately and individually. It is our hope you walk away from Catalyst with a desire to pray more for the Buddhist world and have an increased passion for prayer.
Prayer and worship will be in English, but don’t feel you need perfect language to join us. All are welcome to join us!
